Mentions villages in the Polemonos subdivision of the Arsinoite Nome: Psinteo Thmoinete and perhaps Kallistratou. Mentions year 20 and year 2 (116/117 A.D. and 117/118 A.D.?). Recto has a register of land in Greek (P.Duk.inv. 174 R)
