I have been wronged by Hippoitas of the people from Berenikis Thesmophorou.'; Demetrios, a Syrian living in Theogonis, had robbed Sosigenes, also from Theogonis (value of the stolen goods: 154 dr.); he was arrested in Berenikis Thesmophorou by the local police-man (phylakites) Hippoitas, who recovered the stolen things but kept a bronze drinking vessel and 12 dr. for himself. A certain Herakleides forced him to give this back to Sosigenes, but the 12 dr. are still missing when Sosigenes writes to the King about the theft. Mikion is mentioned as epistates, presumably of Berenikis Thesmophorou
